Financial management information system of group（SYS/FM）may be divided into two sections, (i.e. accounting module and management module). Accounting module consists of two modules i.e. accounting treatment module and reporting form module, which mainly functions to meet the requirements of Ministry of Finance concerning accounting calculation and providing public accounting information for auditing.

The management section is made up of nine modules, including budget management, business treatment, financial management of engineering project, fixed assets management, capital management, current account management, contract management, system management and financial enquiry and analysis, which mainly prepares, approves, issues, and adjust budget and analyzes its performance according to needs of internal management of company.

It may solidify flows and authorizations of employees specified by the internal control system and control the budget and authorization at the starting point of economic business such as business, engineering, contract and capital. It may forecast capital as well as monitor and control all kinds of capital in the system of company to generate a daily report of cash.

It may realize enquiry of trans-set-of -accounting-book capital consolidation within provincial company (departmental grid, provincial grid) to provide auxiliary information for the decision-makers.
